Tasting Notes
The 2008 Mandrone di Lohsa (Cabernet Sauvignon) is striking. Mocha, grilled herbs, plums, smoke and black cherries meld together in this rich, sumptuous wine. Firm tannins frame the fruit through to the imposing, structured finish. The intensity and sheer power are a marvel to behold. Anticipated maturity: 2013-2023. Score - 91.
