Tasting Notes
Bright pale yellow with a green tinge. Very ripe aromas of peach, vanilla and nuts lifted by a note of orange peel. Fat and sweet but with firm acidity that will need more �levage as well as some barrel age to harmonize with the wine's stone fruit and spice flavors. The wine's orange peel element is accompanied by a salty quality on the long, almost Chablis-like finish. A distinct step up in flavor intensity and salinity from the Folati�res.
