Tasting Notes
Tasted on numerous occasions, this champagne has taken a while to open up, but open up it finally has. A very intense leesy, chalky nose complemented by scents of limestone. Very good poise on the palate, minerally with hints of pink grapefruit and green apple. Not the most complex champagne, but great poise and balance. Moderate length. Probably my favourite Celebris.
