Tasting Notes
This is a big and robust (for rosé) wine. Lots of strawberry, raspberry and rhubarb tones with a lifted floral note that really soars out of the gate. There's a hint of white pepper that nudges its way in towards the end to remind you that this wine is not done with you yet. So pleasant and appealing. The fruit is so ripe that, though dry, the wine offers a hint of sweetness. Gorgeous. This will be ideal for herbed pork tenderloin, or with sandwiches featuring freshly carved roast beef.
