Tasting Notes
This sake comes distinctively wrapped in natural bamboo. It has been a favourite among Tenzan's customers for 30 years and is one of the sakes the brewery is most proud of. All of the flavour has been successfully brought out of the sake rice giving this a rich depth and mellowness. As it is undiluted genshu, it can be enjoyed served on the rocks. Jizake Tenzan has been awarded silver in the junmaishu section of the USA National Sake Competition held in Hawaii. (eat-japan.com)
