Tasting Notes
The 2009 Valserrano Crianza was tasted as a finished tank sample awaiting bottling. The nose is more floral than the 2008, with fine purity and delineation, with lively blood orange notes developing in the glass. The palate is medium-bodied with rounded, sensual red cherries and candied orange peel. It is voluminous in the mouth with a gentle, insistent grip on the finish.
