Tasting Notes
Another brilliant offering is the 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon Estate. A nearly equal part blend of Monte Rosso Vineyard and Barelli Creek Ranch fruit, this 100% Cabernet Sauvignon tips the scales at 14.8% alcohol. Its dense purple hue is followed by aromas of white chocolate, cedarwood, black currants, cherries, spice box and vanilla. The wine reveals impressive stuffing, a full-bodied texture and silky tannin. Approachable now, it should continue to drink well for 15-20 years. Score - 93+.
