Tasting Notes
Opaque purple. Spice-accented blackberry and cherry preserve aromas are complicated by notes of violet, woodsmoke, cocoa powder and licorice. Seamless and velvety on the palate, with sappy dark fruit flavors dominating. Vanillin oak and spicecake nuances build with air and carry through a very long, sweet, virtually tannin-free finish.
