Tasting Notes
The base of this sauvignon is from vineyards in El Rosario in San Antonio, a selection of those vines that Matetic began planting in 1999. This vision of sauvignon blanc has a lot to do with the vintage and with the creamy mouthfeel that this warm year has instilled. An exuberant wine with white fruit and herbs.
