Description

For centuries Limoux has produced wines known as Blanquette de Limoux that would naturally undergo secondary fermentation and sparkle. Champagne may have perfected the process, but Limoux lays claim to being the first. The Crément de Limoux style, introduced in 1990, is made from a blend comprised of 90% Chenin and Chardonnay with up to 10% Pinot Noir. An amazing value and a taste of history in one.
