(35% oak): Cool aromas of crushed stone, lime, minerals, tarragon and lemon zest, with the wine's oak component nicely absorbed. Very rich and dry, with a light touch and enticing spicy lift to the flavors of pineapple and crushed stone. Finishes perfumed, pure and quite long. This cuvee is now showing better definition in spite of its size, noted Mangenot, pointing out that previously it was more Cote d'Or-like. Score - 91-93.
