Tasting Notes
I would much rather more Niagara producers go for this almost Sauternes-style icewine when using vidal, then leave the elegant icewines for riesling. This golden-amber elixir has a terrific nose of rich cr�me brulee, orange marmalade, peaches and a hint of honey. It's very sweet, thick and creamy/oily in texture with just enough underlying, balancing acidity. Outstanding length! Will be great with fruit flans, peach pie! Score - 93.
