Tasting Notes
Modelled after the white wines of Bordeaux, this is a blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon from Canada's most decorated winery. Look for exuberant evocations of honeysuckle, passion fruit, pineapple, grapefruit and fresh herbs wrapped in a smooth texture, and pair with schnitzel or chicken in mushroom sauce or a smoked-Gouda grilled cheese.
