Tasting Notes
The name 'Earth and Sky' appears on the label in Greek, German, French, Japanese, English, and what appears to be a pictograph. Flavour-wise this wine is in every way its own Rosetta Stone, and easily translatable in the glass. Very pretty notes of raspberry, blueberry and violets on the nose. The palate ups the ante a bit with the emergence of brooding dark fruit in the mouth. Weightier than the nose suggests, and with some tannic grip. Earth and Sky indeed. Pair this with roast lamb.
