Tasting Notes
The 2011 Cabernet Sauvignon Priest Ranch jumps from the glass with freshly cut flowers, sweet dark berries and spices. A vinous, inviting wine, the 2011 shows excellent balance and plenty of potential for the future. This is a terrific effort for the year. Anticipated maturity: 2014-2023. Score - 88-91.
