Description
The name 'Ca' Momi' means 'house of Momi' and refers to Momi dea Bionda, a fastidious vineyard keeper in Veneto, the region from whence the three proprietors of this winery hail. This big, delightfully palate-whomping Napa Chardonnay serves up ripe pineapple, peach nectar, melon and applesauce with a wisp of smoke. It's a great choice for barbecued pork.

'Ca' Momi' translates to 'house of Momi'; a reference to a vineyard-keeper named Momi dea Bionda from Veneto, Italy, where Ca' Momi's three proprietors are from. Aged in a 50/50 split of French and American oak, this Chardonnay is creamy and long, with apple, vanilla, oak spice, pear, and tropical fruit. It will delight next to roasted chicken, grilled pork or grilled lobster. Drink till 2024+.
