White blossom, mineral, herb garden and subtle apple aromas. Racy with good poise and balance and a great mineral seam - like it's been chiseled from stone. Superbly crisp finish. Lovely with baked white fish with shrimp stuffing. (VINTAGES panel, April 2014)
