Tasting Notes
The celebrated Williams & Humbert was founded in 1877 and has been a leading voice ever since, including playing a role in the establishment of Sherry's DO regulations. This dry Fino offers tones of sea salt, orange peel, green olive, almonds and a lifted chamomile on the nose. Tangy acidity with good intensity and replays. Very nice fruit and herbs in the mouth.
