Tasting Notes
This is where it all began. Every batch is slightly different but they usually have the same characteristics: floral and bubblegum nose with some leathery and mushroom funk. Taste-wise, it isn't bone dry like other saisons are. Some sweetness, hay, hoppy backbone and pleasing earthiness. There is a LOT going on, and those who love their 'Tomes love the classic Saison.
