Tasting Notes
As one might reasonably expect, this possesses the most complex nose in the range with its pure aromas of lemon zest, white flower, anise, white peach and a hint of pain grillé. There is excellent richness and concentration to the powerful, attractively textured and sappy broad-shouldered flavors that are ever-so-slightly riper than those of the Caillerets while culminating in a mouth coating, balanced and hugely long finish.
