Brilliant amber color. Rich, dense aromas of saddle leather, cocoa, salty sautéed almonds, and golden raisin scone with a silky, dry-yet-fruity medium-full body and a long, evolving chocolate nut fudge, maple, vanilla bean, grain flour, mossy seashore earth, and warming peppery spice finish.
