Tasting Notes
The 2010 Cabernet Sauvignon Bancroft Ranch is wonderfully refined and pure. Silky, polished tannins support a radiant core of red fruit. Flowers, mint, licorice and sweet herbs are all layered together in a wine that stands out for its textural finesse and balance. Sweet floral notes reappear on the finish, adding lift, intensity and a crystalline purity that is striking. Today, the Bancroft Ranch is the most polished of Beringer's 2010 Cabernet Sauvignons.
