Tasting Notes
Here's a pretty, gentle and quite refined sparkling wine with a soft, complex and pretty nose of cherry, almond and croissant pastry. It is very well balanced, lively and charming but with a serious side as well. The fruit is front and centre here; the focus and length are excellent. Score - 92.
