El Maestro Sierra showing all of his mastery: This contains wines that are more than 80 years old, blended into seductively complex aromas and flavors: delicate and gentle caramel scents contrasting with the monastic austerity of salt and lime. With air, the wine turns toward pure minerality, subduing the sweetness of the caramel and nut flavors that play along in noteworthy cameos at the end. Score - 94. (wineandspirits.com, June 2011)
