Tasting Notes
A major sleeper of the vintage from a lower pedigreed appellation, the Conseiller, from 100% Merlot, exhibits nice mulberry, mocha, white chocolate and black cherry fruit. The wine has a plush medium-bodied mouthfeel and surprising texture for a 2013, with a plump finish. Drink it over the next 5-6 years. Score - 87-88. (Robert Parker Jr., robertparker.com)
