Tasting Notes
This sparkling wine was produced in the state-of-the-art Josef Chromy winery in Tasmania. Pale straw-lemon in colour, it opens with aromas of binned apple and freshly baked bread. Honey, pear, citrus and tangy green apple, bracing minerality and bright natural acidity create a wonderful sensation of freshness and finesse. Pair with fish, fresh fruit or sharp cheeses.
