Description
Havens is now being produced under the Stonehedge family, whose first release of this label was the 2009 Havens Chardonnay. The Oakville region is best known for producing rich Cabernet Sauvignon, but tiny mesoclimates exist, such as the vineyard from which this was sourced. The vineyard's close proximity to the moderating influence of the Napa River permits the production of fine Chardonnay. Floral and juicy with tons of ripe fruit and tropical fruit, this will be an easy-drinking and enjoyable Chard.
