Tasting Notes
2011 starts with cedar perfume, hints of cocoa; slowly unpacking layered red fruits, with fine-grained grape tannin & judicious oak (22 months, 50% new) celebrating restrained fruit. Wonderfully dry end to a classy & refined whole. Outstanding. Score - 4 1/2 Stars out of 5. (James Pietersen, Platter's South African Wine Guide, 2015)
