Tasting Notes
The 2017 Pouilly-Fuiss� T�te de Cru Clos des Prouges unwinds in the glass with a delicate bouquet of crisp orchard fruits, honeycomb, almond paste and fresh pastry. On the palate, it's medium to full-bodied, satiny and mineral, with a firm, structured core that's built around a bright girdle of acidity and chalky structuring extract. This is very promising, but it will reward a little bottle age. Drink date: 2022-2035. Score - 92+. (William Kelley, robertparker.com, Aug. 30, 2019)
