Tasting Notes
Fluorescent yellow-green colour with light carbonation; aromas of key lime, candied fruit, honey, sweet grain, vanilla and coconut with notes of sweet tree fruit, preserved lemon and honey; sweet, light bodied, well balanced tart acidity, flavours of lime peel, coconut oil and lemon zest with notes of vanilla, honey and beeswax; very lively and crisp with a refreshingly zesty finish.

Serving Suggestions
Serve well chilled/partially frozen, in a short glass garnished with lemon wedge; or blend with ice to create a flavourful slushy for adults. A great palate refresher when served with finger foods, nachos and even wings.
