Description
This Grenache-based pink wine is matured on the fine lees for several weeks before bottling. Look for notions of peach, yellow plum, fresh wild herbs and citrus peel and pour with grilled shellfish or Thai curries.
Tasting Notes
Pale peach colour with floral aromas alongside peach, yellow plum and fresh herbs. This is savoury and elegant, with great acidity. Bright, fresh and zesty, with herb and citrus peel flavours. Great for summer salads or grilled shellfish. (VINTAGES panel, May 2016)
