Tasting Notes
Smoky tropical fruit with a mineral undertone. Full-bodied and mouth-filling, with apple fruit, pear, lemon zest and mineral. Made in a fairly concentrated, rich and viscous style balanced by a firm acidic spine. An intriguing and versatile food wine. Enjoy with a Thai pork salad or with pork-and-pineapple kebabs.
