Tasting Notes
Famed Spanish sparkling producer Freixenet established Sala Vivé in 1983, drawn by the sparkling-favourable cool climate provided by the high-altitude plantings in the Querétaro region. Some tropical notes join the lemon, pear fruit and baked bread aromas. Fresh, juicy and fruit driven.
