Tasting Notes
The 2009 Chablis Butteaux is a beautiful, complete wine. White peaches, flowers, ash and wet stones are some of the notes that emerge from this deep, layered Chablis. The aromas and flavors come together beautifully on the pointed, articulated finish. This is a rare 2009 that could use another year or two in bottle. Anticipated maturity: 2013-2019. Score - 91.
