Tasting Notes
Green-tinged straw. Musky, sharply focused citrus pith and pear skin aromas are complemented by suggestions of pungent herbs and ginger. Dry and nervy on the palate, offering bitter lemon and green apple flavors that deepen and spread out slowly on the back half. Closes taut and slightly hard, delivering firm mineral bite and lingering citrus fruit character. Pans Blanca is a regional name for Xara-lo. Drinking window: 2017-2020. Score - 88.
