Tasting Notes
The 2010 Reserva de la Music Brut Nature is a classical blend of Xarello, Macabeo and Parellada aged in bottle in contact with the lees for 24-30 months. The nose is clean with a mixture of fruit and flower aromas and yeast, bread dough and faint smoke notes. The palate is fresh, lively and clean, with very dry, palate-cleansing acidity. A textbook, classical young Cava that is ideal with light food or sushi and offered at a great price. Drink now-2016. Score - 89. (Luis Gutierrez, erobertparker.com, Feb. 2014)
