Tasting Notes
Some describe Ontario Pinot as 'Burgundy on steroids.' Allow us to suggest that this wine, made using 20% dried grapes, would be on just about the most intense steroid regimen you can imagine! Full-bodied with mega-generous berry fruit flavours, it's also got balanced acidity and a touch of supportive tannin. This is less for lovers of traditional Pinot, more for someone who likes big red wines. (VINTAGES panel, Aug. 2014)
