Tasting Notes
A vibrant Pinot that is full of bright red fruit and concentrated ripe black cherry, plum and raspberry. Smooth, spicy and very pleasant. This was hand-harvested, underwent whole-cluster fermentation and was aged in small oak barrels. Very nice. Enjoy with cedar-planked salmon or barbecued duck breast. (Vintages panel, May 2017)
