Tasting Notes
Intense aromas of lemon drop, sweetgrass, gooseberry and corn on the cob set the scene here. The palate reveals echoes of the aromas plus herb garden, artichoke and fresh apple with a nice sweet-and-tangy interplay and a mineral character emerging on the finish.
