Tasting Notes
The 2012 Mâcon Fuissé, which comes from 50-year-old vines and is matured in oak barrels, has a well-defined and subtle bouquet with scents of dried yellow flowers and honeysuckle joining the citrus fruit. The palate is clean and fresh with well-judged acidity, plenty of ripe mango and apricot notes with a touch of spice on the pleasing, harmonious finish. Sporting impressive length, this Mâcon-Fuissé from Cordier comes highly recommended. Score - 90. (Neal Martin, erobertparker.com, Oct. 2014)
