Tasting Notes
A finely-knit wine, the 2012 Gevrey-Chambertin Les Seuvrées is showing beautifully today. Plum, blueberry, new leather, cloves and menthol all flesh out in a sumptuous wine loaded with class and resonance. Graphite and savory herbs develop later, adding further dimensions of complexity and nuance. In 2012, the Seuvrées is a stand out. It also has plenty of potential for the future. Drink: 2017-2032.
