Tasting Notes
A very fine example of France's famous apple brandy, this lovely Calvados smells like spiced applesauce in a glass. It's juicy and bright on the tongue with suggestions of apple and pear fruit and more of that spicy character, and it culminates in a long, warm finish. (VINTAGES panel, Nov. 2014)
