Tasting Notes
The hue is good, though the colour is slightly light, almost certainly a consequence of the correct decision to pick earlier than later; the result is a fresh, crunchy cassis-driven suite of flavours couched in a fine tannin web and quality oak; the bouquet, too, is fragrant.
