The 2012 Cabernet Sauvignon, which is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from Coombsville, is superb. Mark Herold has looked over the winemaking, and this dense purple wine bears his rather boisterous, exuberant and bigger-than-life style. Lots of black fruits, blue fruits, floral note, as well as background oak and spice are all present in this beautifully made, masculine, but accessible Cabernet Sauvignon to drink over the next 15 or more years.
