Tasting Notes
A visible if discreet touch of wood allows free rein to the green fruit and spiced pear aromas that complement the rich, serious and concentrated medium weight flavors that possess excellent energy and ample detail on the lingering mineral-infused finish. I really like the freshness and class of this effort plus the intensity is borderline painful at this early stage. Definitely worth considering. Drink 2016+. Score - 93.
