Tasting Notes
This single-vineyard bottling from winemaker Alex Starey comes from iron-rich soils at 300m altitude. It's a perfumed, almost hedonistic wine, with overtones of liquorice, wild herbs and subtle oak backed by fine tannins and a long, savoury finish. Score - 96.
