Tasting Notes
2012 was the first year Twenty Twelve was bottled. This unconventional rose is crisp and dry, bursting with berries and spice. Made with Callet, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Merlot, and Manto Negro grapes, this wine has an appealing strawberry red colour. Clear and bright. On the nose, we find a range of aromas, from fresh, red fruits including strawberry and cherry, through to red flowers like roses with a mineral background on the finish. Once left to breathe, steeped fruits and spices emerge. The palate is fresh and fruity with good acidity. Medium-bodied with red fruit notes. Juicy, with a medium to long finish. Organic and vegan.
