Tasting Notes
Touza is one of the younger vineyards in the Cobos portfolio, but it often produces a brilliant wine from a site in Las Compuertas, close to Cheval des Andes. Fine, granular and elegant, this has silky tannins, impressive minerality, stylish 55% new oak and notes of green herbs and bramble fruit. Drink date: 2022-2029. Score - 95.
