Tasting Notes
It's no wonder there is so much grilling going on in Argentina, when their main grape variety is as succulent and meaty as Malbec is. Blackberries and plums lead the nose followed with peppery spices, roasted herbs, bittersweet mocha and smoked meat. It has the structure to stand up to those dense meats as well - it is spicy dark and savoury with balanced acidity and a charred spice finish.
