Tasting Notes
This is a Bordeaux-inspired blend made with Sangiovese, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. The 2015 Do Ut Des is a hearty and darkly concentrated expression that is layered, rich and beautifully concentrated. This wine works exceptionally well in a vintage like 2015 that had a warm summer season. The wine's appearance is black and impenetrable. The aromas span from pressed rose to spice and leather.
